SKILLED STAFF

All support staff are LunchHound experts; the person who picks up the phone will know how to operate your system and quickly work out what needs to be done.

THREE STEPS TO RESOLUTION 

  1. PICK UP THE PHONE, TALK TO US: Most support calls deal with operational issues and can be resolved during the first phonecall. If not, we go to the next step… 
  2. REMOTE CONNECTION: We can remotely connect to your LunchHound cashless catering system to look for and fix issues. If we find a hardware fault we go to the next step… 
  3. ON SITE VISIT: An engineer will be despatched wherever you are in the country.

LunchHound Support hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00hrs

 

COST OF SUPPORT 

Year one support is free of charge. Each following year will be charged for and shown clearly on your proposal.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED 

Use of the dedicated support helpdesk, remote dial-in to diagnose and fix problems and free onsite engineer visits. The epos hardware has a three year hardware warranty included.
